Refund policy

Our products are made to order specifically for you. This means that the t-shirt or jumper that you select is specifically sourced for you and then embroidered with your moment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product then our refund policy provides that you (1) can return the original product to us within 14 days and (2) can receive a 75% refund OR can receive a replacement product of your choice.
